She has a deep expertise in addressing sexual trauma and aiding recovery from childhood sexual abuse. |

She is proficient in EMDR (EMDRAA Level 2 accredited), DBR (Level 3 practitioner working towards consultant), trauma-informed CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
These approaches enable her to tailor her therapeutic methods to best fit each individual's needs.
