Choosing your partner daily
Love is a feeling...the expression of love is a choice
Love is not merely a feeling but a daily choice - an intentional act of commitment and presence. By consciously choosing your partner each day, you nurture a relationship built on trust, appreciation, and mutual growth.

This involves small, meaningful actions: expressing gratitude, engaging in open communication, and showing affection, even amidst life's distractions and even when you "don't feel like it".
Such consistent efforts reinforce the bond between partners, transforming everyday moments into opportunities for deeper connection.

Embracing this practice fosters a resilient and fulfilling partnership, reminding us that enduring love thrives on daily acts of kindness and intentionality.

Meet Laura
Laura is a Counselling student in the final stages of completing her Master of Counselling Degree at Notre Dame University.

Holding a Psychology degree from the UK, she brings a naturally intuitive and calming presence to her work, fostering a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
With experience spanning hospitals, administrative roles, universities, and even a period as a tennis coach, Laura offers a rich tapestry of life experiences that inform her counselling practice. She has worked closely with women who have faced domestic violence and sexual abuse, providing mindfulness-based compassionate support.

Trained in mindfulness and meditation, Laura is deeply fascinated by the mind-body connection, believing that gentle exploration of both can lead to profound and lasting change.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys walks in nature, sports, music, and travel.
Laura will be commencing with us at the end of July.
