Josh has extensive experience Counselling and supporting clients in community settings and in prison. He has worked for many years with men in the areas of:
Josh is also particularly experienced in the area of dispute resolution/mediation. He uses helpful and encouraging methods to work with you to deal with family and workplace disputes. He specialises in child focused mediation, helping parents to make best decisions for their children and developing Parenting Plans. |
Josh has tertiary degrees in media, communications, English and Family Dispute Resolution (mediation) and is currently studying for a Masters in Narrative Therapy and Community Work. He is registered with the National Mediation Accreditation System
Joshua has lived and worked in the South West region for nearly 40 years and has worked with many community and conservation groups.
He has been a member of the team delivering the Pathways substance abuse intervention program at Bunbury Regional Prison since 2008 and has worked in prison education, arts and self-help programs for 15 years.

- Extensive mentoring and counselling experience with custodial clients in both prison and community settings.
- Experience working with Family and Domestic Violence clients in behaviour change programs.
- Experience working with alcohol and substance dependent clients in prison and community settings.
- Extensive experience with facilitating Anger Management programs and in one-to-one counselling .
- Non-confrontational and informal communication style based in positive attitude, non-judgmental values and positive role modelling.
- Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise and take a personal interest in the mentoring relationship.
