Natasha Kotovsky
Psychologist
Natasha works from our Perth office.  She is available for in-person or Telehealth visits. 
She is a warm and compassionate psychologist who works with individuals experiencing a range of psychological concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidal ideation, and occupational stress. She has extensive experience supporting those exposed to high-risk situations, including law enforcement personnel and individuals affected by domestic violence and complex trauma.

Natasha includes a variety of psychological methods including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
She has extensive experience in working with individuals exposed to trauma, including those experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), vicarious trauma, and cumulative stress from demanding professional roles. She provides evidence-based intervention to assist clients in managing distress, building resilience, and restoring psychological well-being.
She has a particular interest in supporting individuals impacted by:

  • Trauma, PTSD, and critical incident stress
  • Self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional dysregulation
  • Domestic and family violence
  • Workplace stress, burnout, and high-pressure environments
  • Anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties
  • Parenting stress and family challenges
Natasha is committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based psychological care, ensuring that individuals receive the support needed to navigate challenges and build long-term resilience. She is skilled in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, conducting risk assessments, and tailoring interventions to the unique needs of law enforcement personnel and their families.
