Jody is our Administration Assistant, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice through reception, client communication, bookings, administrative support, and general office coordination. She brings strong experience in reception, customer service, office administration, records management, appointment scheduling, banking, document preparation, and general practice support. Her previous roles included front desk reception, client enquiries, appointment coordination, data entry, office supplies, debtor and creditor management, petty cash, meeting preparation, and support for office management. Jody has well-developed communication, organisational, and time management skills, with experience working directly with clients, managing phone and in-person enquiries, and supporting busy office environments. Her friendly, reliable, and cooperative manner helps ensure clients and referrers receive a professional and welcoming first point of contact. |
