Accounts and Payroll Officer

After many years as our Practice Manager and a driving force behind the growth of inSync for life Psychology, Catherine has now taken on the part-time role of our Accounts and Payroll Officer, while she continues her study towards an Associate Degree of Psychological Science. Catherine brings with her a Cert IV Business Administration, a Cert III Financial Services and an Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology.

Her role is designed to support the smooth operation of the practice through a combination of accounts, payroll, document control, and general administrative duties.

The position involves processing fortnightly payroll, maintaining employee records, preparing clinician income statements, managing accounts receivable and payable, and completing account reconciliation in Xero as directed by the accountant.
Catherine also provides support related to document control across the practice, including the management of forms, templates, and policies to ensure these remain accurate, organised, and accessible.
